Privacy Policy

Beehive Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of data subjects and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1. Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection

The Company collects the following information to respond to quotation requests.

· Required information: Company or organization name, contact person's name, email address, mobile phone number, and details of the inquiry.

· Optional information: Attachments, budget range, source of referral, and referrer.

· Method of collection: Quotation request form on the Company's website.

2. Purposes of Using Personal Information

The personal information collected is used solely for the following purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.

· Preparing and responding to quotation requests and handling inquiries.

· Communicating regarding contract negotiations and the provision of services.

· Conducting statistical analyses to improve service quality, using data processed in a non-identifiable form.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. However, it will be retained for the periods specified below in the following circumstances.

· Quotation inquiry records: Three years after the inquiry has been fully handled.

· If a contract is concluded: Five years after the termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Commercial Act and the Framework Act on National Taxes.

· If deletion is requested by the data subject: Immediately upon receipt of the request.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide data subjects' personal information to third parties.

However, if external professionals, such as interpreters or translators, need to be assigned to provide the requested services, the Company may share only the minimum information necessary to perform the relevant work, within the scope of the data subject's prior consent.

Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or lawfully requested by an investigative authority.

5. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information at any time.

Requests may be submitted to info@beehivecorp.co.kr, and the Company will take action without delay.

6. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

Personal information will be destroyed without delay once its retention period has expired or the purpose of its processing has been fulfilled.

· Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

· Printed materials: Shredded or incinerated.

7. Measures to Safeguard Personal Information

· The Company limits the number of personnel authorized to handle personal information and manages their access privileges.

· Personal information is protected through encryption during transmission using HTTPS.

· Access logs for systems in which personal information is stored are retained.

9. Amendments to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is amended, notice of the changes will be posted on the Company's website at least seven days before the effective date.
